  (2) Custom issues: We are offering products that require no special certificates or documentations according to our updated knowledge. But we can't guarantee that all products will be released from customs in your country or sate . Releasing from customs is the responsibility of the buyer

  (3) Notify us after online payment: contact us to inform that  your payment is done

        If you did the payment , and you want to change any item , please immediately contact us before we process your order , no fees !

  (5) Shipment : Shipment cost is very expensive , please look for our products in your area first , may be they are available at lower prices.

    -  If you have any forwarder account , you may use it and wave the cost of shipment

  ( 6) If you tried our products and noticed that they are not effective , please inform us

  ( 7 ) Custom Orders : We made our packs in quantity that will lessen shipment cost
       ( Ex: Shipment for 1 can of Kankunis is 50 USD , and for 8 cans ( 160 sachets ) is the same 50 USD . So we made our pack to contain 8 cans )
